About Us

A Light That Gives a Room Its Character

During the day, a light fixture is part of the room’s decor. After dark, it takes on another role, bringing new definition to furniture, walls, and the familiar details of everyday life.

At LkeBrizo™, our interest in lighting begins with these subtle changes: a clean horizontal line above a dining table, a textured detail beside the bed, or a light arrangement of rounded forms overhead. Through home lighting with distinctive silhouettes, we hope to bring details worth noticing into everyday rooms.

From Geometric Forms to Details with Personality

Our collections bring together Bauhaus-inspired geometry, French vintage decorative lines, Scandinavian simplicity, and the playful colors of Memphis-inspired design.

Circles and squares can introduce a sense of order to a bedroom. Walnut tones paired with silver-tone accents can complement wood furniture in a dining area. Shell-like textures, flowing glass silhouettes, and turntable-inspired details offer more individual ways to dress a wall.

Together, these styles shape our approach to selecting lighting: a fixture should feel like part of the room even before it is switched on.

Three Collections for Different Moments at Home

Bedroom Ceiling Lights

Flush mounts, semi-flush mounts, and pendants offer different ways to complete a bedroom. From understated layered rings to whimsical cloud-inspired forms, these fixtures help connect the ceiling with the bedding, furniture, and walls below.

Dining Room Lighting

Saucer pendants, linear fixtures, vintage glass pendants, and ceiling fans with lights bring distinctive compositions to the space above a table. Whether you are furnishing a small breakfast nook or a dining area that opens into the living room, a fixture’s shape and color can be a starting point for the whole setting.

Decorative Wall Sconces

Wall sconces bring lighting closer to eye level. Beside a bed, along a hallway, or in a quiet corner, texture, color, and silhouette can add another layer to the room while keeping nearby surfaces available for everyday essentials.

Thoughtful Styling Starts with Clear Information

We care about how lighting looks in a space and how well customers understand the product itself. Shape and color help you choose a style. Specifications and installation requirements help you determine whether a fixture suits its intended location.

Before purchasing, consider your room layout and installation location alongside the dimensions, electrical specifications, and installation instructions listed on the product page. If any information is unclear or unavailable, contact us before ordering. Fixtures requiring electrical wiring or fixed installation should be handled by an appropriately qualified professional.

Clear Communication, from Choosing a Light to Receiving Your Order

Finding the right light involves the shape of the shade, its proportions alongside your furniture, the installation location, and the product’s electrical specifications. Whether you are comparing ceiling lights, choosing a dining pendant, or looking for a bedside sconce, contact us by email or phone before ordering if a detail is unclear.

Product & Shopping Questions

Please provide a product name or link and tell us what you would like to confirm: dimensions, color, included accessories, listed voltage, light source, bulb base, controls, or installation requirements.

For compatibility questions, describe the intended installation location and relevant conditions. Wiring, mounting support, and on-site electrical conditions should be assessed by an appropriately qualified professional.

Order & Shipping Support

Include your order number, the name and email used at checkout, a description of the issue, and your tracking number or relevant screenshots if available.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, the package appears lost, or tracking shows delivery but it has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate. For address changes or cancellation requests, contact us as soon as possible; the outcome depends on the order’s processing status and applicable rules.

Product Issues & After-Sales Support

For damage, missing parts, incorrect items, or a material difference from the description, retain the product, accessories, and packaging. Send your order number, an issue description, and available photos or videos.

If you suspect an electrical fault, stop using the fixture. Do not power it on solely to record a video or disassemble it yourself. We will arrange an appropriate solution based on the circumstances and our Return & Refund Policy.

Do not send returns to our business address unless customer support has specifically confirmed it.

Service Hours & Messages

We handle inquiries during the service hours listed above. You may email outside those hours for follow-up during service hours. Reply to the original email thread when providing additional information about the same issue.

Frequently Asked Questions

LkeBrizo / Information

Payment & Security

Review your lighting selection and order total before completing payment through the official checkout at lkebrizo.com.

Available Payment Methods

Use the payment methods actually displayed at checkout. Availability may vary by billing address, location, device, or payment provider. We do not promise a method that is not offered at checkout.

Prices, Currency & Order Totals

Check the selected style, color, quantity, dimensions, electrical configuration, accessories, shipping address, and checkout currency. Shipping, applicable taxes, and discounts are itemized before payment. Import duties may be payable separately as explained in our Shipping Policy. Your bank or payment provider determines currency conversion rates and related fees.

Payment Status

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean payment succeeded. Check checkout results, order status, and confirmation emails. An order confirmation is not a dispatch notice.

Failed, Pending or Duplicate Payments

Check billing details, available funds, and verification requests. If a transaction is pending without order confirmation, check with your payment provider before submitting another payment. For suspected duplicates, contact us with the checkout name and email, order number if available, payment date and amount, method, and a masked transaction screenshot. Confirmed duplicate payments are refunded to the original payment method.

Protecting Payment Information

Payment details are submitted and processed through the payment provider used at checkout. Review its privacy and security information. Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, payment passwords, or one-time verification codes by ordinary email, chat, or phone.

Changes, Refunds & Assistance

Order changes depend on actual processing status. Refund eligibility and processing times are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, with additional posting time determined by your bank. Contact customer support and your payment provider promptly about unfamiliar transactions.

Shipping Policy

This policy explains order preparation, transit, shipping costs and delivery support for our lighting products.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing and transit are separate. Business days generally mean Monday–Friday, excluding relevant fulfillment-location or destination public holidays. Any different preorder or preparation time is disclosed before purchase.

Shipping Origin, Destinations & Transit

Orders ship from China. English content or US dollar pricing does not indicate shipment from a local US warehouse. International destinations are limited to addresses supported at checkout. If an accepted order cannot be delivered, we will contact you and cancel and refund the affected order.

Standard transit is estimated at 5–15 business days after dispatch. Processing is additional. Estimates are not guaranteed dates; customs, holidays, weather, remote delivery and carrier capacity can affect timing. Ask before purchasing if a specific arrival date is essential.

Shipping Charges & Services

Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, quantity, package size, weight and available methods. Applicable promotions use the displayed conditions. We will not add undisclosed shipping charges after payment without your agreement. Unless expressly included, delivery does not include wiring, installation, removal of existing fixtures or installation materials.

Tracking & Split Shipments

We email tracking information after dispatch. Carriers may take time to complete a first scan. If an order ships in multiple packages, we provide the corresponding shipment information; arrivals may differ. No extra shipping fee is charged solely because we split an order unless disclosed or separately agreed.

Addresses & Import Charges

Check the complete address and contact details before payment. Contact us promptly about changes; changes must be confirmed and depend on order status and carrier requirements. If incorrect details prevent delivery, we help review available options and explain and agree on any necessary additional costs before arranging them.

Unless checkout expressly includes them, the recipient pays destination import duties, import taxes and related clearance charges. These are separate from checkout shipping costs and determined by destination authorities. Verify unusual payment requests through the carrier’s official channels.

Delays & Missing Deliveries

Contact us with order and tracking numbers if tracking stops for an extended period, an order is significantly overdue, delivery fails, or tracking says delivered but the package has not arrived. We investigate with available carrier and delivery records. Delivered status or handoff to a carrier does not automatically defeat a claim.

Confirmed loss, non-delivery, or fulfillment issues for which we are responsible receive an appropriate replacement, refund or other solution. If an unshipped order cannot be fulfilled on time, we notify you of an updated estimate and offer waiting or cancellation and a refund of unshipped items, obtaining consent where required.

Damage, Incorrect Items & Missing Parts

Inspect packaging and contents when safe. Retain available packaging and provide your order number, problem description, label and damage photos, or other reasonable evidence. No full unboxing video is required. Stop using suspected electrical faults; do not power them on for evidence. Confirmed merchant-responsibility issues are addressed at no extra resolution cost.

Help & Returns

Email service@lkebrizo.com. Return eligibility and timing are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Confirm the return address before sending anything back. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.

LkeBrizo / Information

Terms and Conditions

LkeBrizo™ is owned and operated by Guangzhou Huaipei Trading Co., Ltd., the seller and business operator for orders at lkebrizo.com.

These terms apply to purchases. Read them with our shipping, returns, payment and privacy policies.

Eligibility & Product Selection

You must be legally eligible to purchase and authorized to use the payment method. Provide accurate checkout information and do not use another person’s identity or payment details without permission.

Products, dimensions, materials, colors, electrical configurations and accessories are those expressly listed at purchase. Lifestyle images do not guarantee size, coverage or installation suitability. Props and bulbs are included only when expressly listed. Walnut-tone and shell-inspired do not by themselves indicate natural wood or shell. We remain responsible for accurate descriptions.

Order Confirmation, Pricing & Payment

Check the checkout result, payment status and confirmation. Confirmation records an order, not shipment. We will contact you about unavailable stock, delivery restrictions, verification failures or clear information errors; any paid portion we cannot fulfill is canceled and refunded to the original method. We do not substitute products or increase a paid price without agreement.

Prices, checkout currency, shipping, taxes and discounts are displayed before payment. Payment options are those actually offered. Unless expressly included at checkout, destination import charges are paid by the recipient. Banks determine conversion and card fees.

Changes & Cancellations

Contact us promptly. Changes depend on progress and require confirmation. Verified unshipped orders may be canceled without an additional cancellation fee. We cannot guarantee interception after handoff; eligible returns remain available under the return policy. A request alone is not confirmation.

Processing & Delivery

Orders normally require 1–3 business days processing and 5–15 business days estimated transit after dispatch. Orders ship from China; shipping is calculated at checkout. If we cannot ship on time, we notify you, seek consent to a delay where required, or cancel and refund unshipped items. Missing-delivery reports are investigated, not automatically rejected because tracking says delivered.

Product Issues, Returns & Refunds

Provide available evidence of damage, defects, wrong items, missing parts or material description differences. A full unboxing video is not mandatory. Confirmed issues for which we are responsible receive an appropriate solution at no extra resolution cost.

Eligible preference-based returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Return to China after receiving instructions. Customer-paid return shipping and other conditions are set out in the return policy. Approved refunds use the original payment method. The business address is not automatically a return address.

Compatibility & Installation

Confirm listed voltage, frequency, connections, dimensions and mounting requirements. Do not assume dimming, remote or smart control, outdoor or damp-location suitability unless stated. Qualified professionals should assess and perform fixed wiring and mounting. Issues caused by incompatible accessories, modification or improper installation are assessed by cause and law without automatically excluding unrelated defects or consumer rights.

Corrections, Rights & Disputes

We correct errors and communicate options for affected orders rather than retroactively changing confirmed terms by editing a webpage. Updated terms normally apply to later transactions, not existing orders. Nothing excludes nonwaivable consumer rights or liability. Contacting support is not a prerequisite to lawful complaints, payment disputes or court remedies. Invalid provisions do not invalidate the remainder to the extent permitted by law.

Terms of Use

This website is operated by Guangzhou Huaipei Trading Co., Ltd. under the LkeBrizo™ brand. These terms govern browsing, accounts, inquiries and user content where enabled. Purchases are governed by Terms and Conditions and related policies; personal information is covered by the Privacy Policy.

Ordinary Use & Accounts

Use the site lawfully for product comparisons, shopping and support. Provide accurate account information and protect login credentials. Report unusual account activity promptly. Responsibility for losses depends on circumstances and law, not automatic customer liability. Support will not request passwords or one-time codes through ordinary messages.

Product Information & Intellectual Property

Images and styling content support product understanding but do not replace listed specifications, instructions or professional site assessment. We remain responsible for accurate descriptions and sales commitments.

Protected content owned or licensed by us remains with the relevant rights holder. Do not copy, modify or commercially republish it without permission unless law permits. You may retain necessary shopping, order, support and legal-rights records. Lawful quotation, commentary and reporting are not restricted. Send alleged infringement reports with links, an explanation and contact details.

Reviews & User Content

Submit genuine experiences and content you are authorized to provide. Do not impersonate others, fabricate purchases, disclose private information, threaten, harass, infringe rights, or post spam and malicious links.

We do not remove or penalize genuine feedback solely because it is negative, or condition ordinary refunds or support on removing honest reviews. Reasonable moderation addresses actual rule violations, not mere disagreement.

You retain rights in your submissions and allow necessary storage, formatting and display for the review feature. No ownership transfer is required; we do not change substantive meaning or apply reviews to unrelated products. Separate advertising or promotional reuse requires appropriate additional permission. Private support submissions do not automatically authorize public promotion.

Misuse & External Services

Do not access accounts or nonpublic systems without authorization, upload malware, disrupt service, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, bulk collect personal information, impersonate our business or conduct fraud. This does not restrict normal comparison shopping, evidence preservation, honest reviews or lawful complaints.

External payment, shipping or platform services have their own terms and privacy notices. Using them does not automatically remove our order fulfillment or customer service responsibilities.

Maintenance, Restrictions & Updates

Maintenance or technical failures may affect access. Security restrictions must be proportionate to the risk; explanations or review routes are provided where appropriate and legally permitted. Honest negative reviews, normal inquiries, refund requests and lawful complaints are not grounds for access restrictions.

Maintenance and account restrictions do not cancel existing orders or erase shipping and refund obligations. We take reasonable steps to maintain the site. Nothing excludes legally nonexcludable liability or makes you responsible for losses unrelated to your actions. Updates apply to later relevant use and do not retroactively remove rights or change existing orders.

Use our Contact Us page for website, account or content concerns. Your lawful rights to seek help from payment providers, authorities or courts remain intact.

Return & Refund Policy

We distinguish preference-based returns from product and fulfillment problems. Costs arising from issues for which we are responsible are not passed on to customers.

Return Request Window

Request eligible preference-based returns within 30 calendar days after delivery. Independent items arriving separately have their own delivery dates; a single product with essential parts delivered separately uses the final essential-part delivery date. Submit the request within the window; the package does not need to reach us within it. Our response delays will not reduce a timely return opportunity. Statutory defect and description-mismatch rights are not shortened.

Preference-Based Return Conditions

Reasonable unpacking to inspect appearance, dimensions and accessories is allowed. The item should not have been installed or used, visibly worn, soiled or customer-damaged. Do not cut or alter wires, drill, modify or disassemble electrical components. Include accessories, instructions and labels, and original or equivalently protective packaging. Reasonable unpacking alone does not eliminate eligibility.

Installed, used or customer-damaged items generally do not qualify under our voluntary preference policy, subject to applicable law. These conditions do not automatically reject genuine defects, damage on arrival, wrong items or material description differences.

Request & Return Address

Email service@lkebrizo.com with your order number, checkout name and email, product and quantity, reason, and relevant available evidence. Preference returns do not require proof of a fault; photos help identify condition. Missing a full unboxing video is not automatic grounds for rejection. Stop using suspected electrical faults; do not power them on or disassemble them for evidence.

Returns go to our return warehouse in China and may involve international return shipping costs. Support provides the specific address and instructions after reviewing the request. Do not use our business address without confirmation. Normally dispatch within 14 calendar days after receiving complete instructions; contact us about difficulties before the deadline. The process does not obstruct statutory withdrawal rights.

Costs & Refund Amounts

Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns where the item is not faulty and was accurately described. Original shipping already incurred is normally nonrefundable unless applicable law requires standard delivery reimbursement. No restocking, relisting or return administration fee applies. Any optional paid shipping we arrange is disclosed and agreed first. Refunds use the actual paid item amount with allocated discounts; no undisclosed or unincurred fees are deducted.

Damage, Defects, Wrong Items & Missing Parts

Contact us promptly and retain available packaging. We review the issue and provide an appropriate parts replacement, replacement product, repair, refund or return in light of the problem, applicable rights and reasonable preferences. We cover necessary shipping costs arising from our responsibility. Any customer-arranged reimbursable shipping must first be agreed. Do not independently send broken, electrically hazardous or carrier-restricted items; await safe instructions.

Packaging & Transit

Secure fragile components with original or equivalently protective materials. Keep dispatch records, tracking and packaging photos. If a return is lost or damaged, we assess the shipping records, packaging and cause; a transit problem does not automatically make you responsible for the whole loss.

Refund Timing & Method

We normally complete inspection and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days after return receipt, to the original payment method. Any inspection issue affecting the amount is explained with relevant evidence. Banks may take additional time to post funds; we email a refund notification.

Where no return is required, refunds normally process within 5–10 business days after the refund arrangement is agreed. Earlier statutory deadlines, other legally refundable charges and applicable proof-of-dispatch rules take priority.

Cancellations, Exchanges & Partial Returns

Verified unshipped orders may be canceled without a cancellation fee. For a fully canceled unshipped order, corresponding shipping not yet incurred is also refunded. Cancellation refunds normally process within 5–10 business days after confirmation, or sooner if required by law. Shipped orders may not be intercepted; eligible returns remain available.

Ask about exchanges before returning; options depend on condition, stock and shipping. Partial refunds reflect amounts actually paid and explained discount allocations. A set whose parts cannot be used independently normally needs to be complete for preference returns; individual missing or damaged parts are assessed for a suitable solution.

Missing Refunds & Consumer Rights

Check posting status with your bank, then reply to your support thread with order and refund details if overdue. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or passwords. This voluntary return window does not replace statutory withdrawal, guarantees or other rights. More favorable applicable legal protection takes priority. We do not require removal of honest reviews, waiver of complaints or store credit in place of a refund you are entitled to.
